In short, to build our discount real estate brokerage model we opted to leverage technology over antiquated real estate processes and extinct marketing techniques which are widely used by real estate agents.

We are an extremely efficiently run discount real estate brokerage that has successfully cut unnecessary overhead while increasing marketing exposure for our clients.

Through all of these structural improvements to the traditional real estate brokerage model, we are able to offer you complete, full service real estate services for only 1% commission on the listing side and can sell it for as little as 3% TOTAL commission.

Carnegie is named after Andrew Carnegie, a philanthropist and industrialist who donated one of his libraries to the borough. The area has historical significance, as it was a hub for coal mining in the past. The borough's main employers were steel mills, including Superior Steel & Union Electric Steel. Additionally, Carnegie had a rail yard with connections to several railroads, contributing to its industrial history.

The borough faced challenges in the 1970s with the closure of major steel mills like J & L in the Pittsburgh region. In more recent years, Carnegie has experienced a resurgence, particularly along its Main Street, which has seen the establishment of numerous new restaurants and small businesses since 2014.

Geographically, Carnegie is situated at 40°24′25″N latitude and 80°5′12″W longitude, with an average elevation of 833 feet above sea level. Chartiers Creek runs through the center of the borough, joined by a tributary called Campbells Run.

Carnegie offers a range of recreational amenities, including a dog park, playgrounds, tennis courts, a hockey rink, basketball courts, baseball fields, walking trails, and Pitcher Skate Park.
